Requirements
Apart from being 18+ (21+ ideally) and free weeknights at 8 pm eastern (sometimes 7 to warm up), we aren’t looking for anything out of the ordinary. Be able to VC and don’t be an asshole/bigot.
If you’re able to make Low Ink alpha bracket or SOS hammerhead consistently, that’s roughly the skill level we’re looking for. Basically division 4-5ish. Being Low Ink banned or only having made LI beta is okay, we aren’t being strict about specific results or X power thresholds.
A nice bonus is if you’re able to or willing to consider streaming your perspective for scrims and tournaments. Branding is an important componant to the team, and we want people to get to know everyone on the roster as individuals as well as a collective team!
Weapon Pool
We’re open to a wide variety of things, but are building with Wellstring/Rapid Pro Deco/Crab Edit in mind. A player’s fit with the team dynamic is more important that absolutely finding a specific weapon, but we are most interested in:
- A Splatana (Mint, Booyah Stamper, Zip Stamper)
- A Brella (Sorella Tent, Bubble Recycle, Strike/Inkjet Brella)
- A Cooler Weapon (96 Clawz, N-Zap 85, Cooler Dapples)
If you think you play something that’d mesh with the team, please apply! We aren’t looking to gatekeep weapons by any means. Do note that as ther roster is fleshed out, the scope of what we’re looking for will narrow (though there will be some redundancy with a 5 person roster).
Why Join Us
A few things separate us from most existing teams, mainly having staff members in a team manager + coach and a well defined brand. We have a website where people can learn more about the team and individual players, an existing social media presence, and a player in Tessaract willing to make videos about some of our tournament runs.
Scheduling is designed to be flexible, especially with an eventual 5 person roster. Life happens and we want to build a schedule that works for everyone. This means clear communication both from the team about availability and our team manager Glack about each week’s schedule.

Vibe Check
We’ll play something casual like Anarchy Open or a Challenge, with the goal to see how we communicate/mesh. No stakes for gameplay - we want to create an environment to chat and get to know you better.
Scrims or SendouQ
This is where we’ll start looking at gameplay + comms, either via scrims or SendouQ sets. Play the weapons you’d want to try out with.
Tournaments
Finally we’ll play some tournaments together, with the goal of seeing how vibes + gameplay stand up under pressure. Since we’d be spending a lot of time together as teammates, we want to make sure everyone is having a good time for multiple hours.
